Mysterious invitation: woodland potluck pins

Hello y'all! 

-Surveys-
80% of y'all have filled out your surveys, yay! I will be sending out a reminder email for those who have not done so yet to do so. I will be locking surveys on Saturday, as that will be one week from when the surveys were opened. Tommorrow night, i will be locking orders with final notice, which will give everyone 48 hours to make an adjustments if need be before their surveys are locked.

-Shipping-
For my us backers, you might be surprised by how high the shipping is at the end of the survey if you have multiple pins. I believe i put the weight into the system incorrectly, I have fixed this and everything should be much more reasonable shipping wise now. Sorry for the confusion as i still try to figure the backend out.

Hello everyone! It is the 28th, the surveys are made but they are in review as of right now which can take up to 2 days. My apologizes for the slight delay in getting them out, the behind the scenes manager is a bit confusing and i didn't realize i had to get them reviewed before the smoke test.
Once they are approved i will be doing a smoke test(where a few surveys are sent randomly out in order to see if everything runs smoothly) and then the following day i will be sending out all the surveys.

I'll update once more once the surveys are actually sent out in a few days! The surveys should be sent out on the 30th or 31st of May if all goes well.

Payment-
There were a two people who's payment didn't go through and who did not fix the the issue during the 14 day wait period. If that is you, you should have gotten emails from Backerkit about it, and you can reinstate your pledge when the surveys come out if you'd like I believe.

Payment from Backerkit is coming through in waves, and is being put aside in its own savings account until a week after surveys have been sent out in which i will make the manufacture order. The rough ETA on placing the order is June 7th.

Hello, and thank you all for your support! We ended up raising $1190 for the potluck pins! Really, from the bottom of my heart, thank you all for liking and supporting my designs. Because we got so close, I'm going to self fund the difference for the host pin, so he will be available as an add -on in the survey/post backer shop as well.

Here's the perspective timeline- (which i will make an announcement at the start of every stage)

Payment:
Cards should be being charged for the total of your campaign within today or tomorrow. If your card is declined, please use the next two weeks to fix the info or contact your bank . After these two weeks, Backer kit will send me the funds minus the fees.

Survey time:
After this two week wait, I will send the survey out so that everyone can make their pin choices through email. You will also be able to purchase add-ons and upgrade your pledge if you'd like. Please answer these as soon as you can, as i need them in order to be able to ship your pledge out!

Production:
A week  and a half after i send out surveys, ill start production. Production time should last about a month to a month and a half. Then they will be shipped to me, which could take an additional 2 weeks in my experience. Once i get manufacturer pictures of the pins, ill be sure to make an update so everyone can see them as well.

Grading:
Once the pins arrive I will take the time to grade them into two grades-A and B grades, and package the A grades into their packaging for the campaign. A grades are ones with either no or very minor hard to find flaws. B grades are pins with noticeable flaws. This should take a few days at the most.

Shipping:
After grading and packaging, it time to ship them out!

Possible delays-
Here are all the possible delays that could happen:

Production: could take longer than expected both to get the pins made and for the pins to arrive.

Grading: The only delay that can happen here is if there more flawed pins then pins ordered. If that happens (and it most likely will NOT, as I've worked with this manufacturer before and they've been great) I would need to fight for a remake, and then wait for the remake to arrive.

I doubt there will be any delays, but i wanted to be transparent on where in the pipeline they could occur. As with the start of a stage, i will make an announcement for any delays that happen.

Hello esteemed guests,

We have under 48 hours to go on the campaign and it has been a whirlwind! I again want to thank everyone for their support, you've all made my first crowdfunding campaign such a happy experience for me. I want to say I had a lot of fun working with y'all to make the design for the host, and i hope you all enjoyed choosing as well!

The pins
All guest have been unlocked! The only locked pin is the host, and he will be available in the after pledge Backer kit store! Because we are so close, I will be doing my best to self fund the difference for him if we get any closer to but don't 100% hit the funding goal. He is in the add-ons as well now, as a backer pointed out he wasn't in there and was causing people to have to choose between losing their early bird price if they want to get him and a guest pin. So he is there now, and i want to thank that person for pointing that out to me!

Collab zine incentive
I want to let people know what i put into the zine, but wont be showing it so it still has an element of surprise!
I put in two pages, one is a page talking about the personality of each guest, and the host and how they responded to getting the mystery invite. The other is an illustration of everyone enjoying the potluck together that you can print out as a mini print  if you'd like!
In order to get these, make sure to pledge to two campaigns in beast and botanicals!

Surveys
Backer kit recommends that we wait until 14 days past the end of the campaign. I plan to do so as it's my first campaign. If that changes I'll make an update the day before i start sending them out.
